Recently Malaysiakini published a letter by an investment analyst about Tenaga Nasional and he got his fact right. From his point of you i think he got a point there. Why should we go against TNB whereby i believe we should go after Telekon instead?

Telekom has been charging a stupid amount of RM 25 for all fixed line. What kind of rental we pay for a fixed line for a stupid service. I am really frustrated with Telekom and their service. I am experiencing problem every time it rains. What a seasonal phone service. Every time it rains i have no phone connection BUT my streamxy works. I don’t know how the network for telekom but why the phone is down but my streamyx is up.

It has been years of complain but till today no changes has been made. They don’t even think to improve the situation but every time i call the only sentence "We will pass the message over to the technical team".

One fine day i tried to call the helpline from morning but can’t get thru. Ok fine too many complaints because it has never been better. I got back home late night and my mum was complaining because the phone was not working. I called the helpline 3.30am and was attended by a sleeping beauty (i think so). Thru out the conversation the lady was like still sleeping and i don’t know whether she logged my problem. At one point i need to raise my voice to keep her awake to log my phone problem in the system. Phone was up in the morning dont even know what they did.

Telekom has forgotten about the normal fixed line issues when they are to busy finishing the tax money allocation to improve the broadband service. Hey dude remember fixed line are your platform improve that as well. Streamyx has never been better from day one. I had friends who use to work SingTel. According to him SingTel always provided extra bandwidth for the user so it will be stable all the time. Basically if a user selects a 512mb package, Singtel will release more bandwidth from the port so that the user will receive 512mb more or less but it will always be in the range. Here in Malaysia if your package is 512mb never in our dream it will reach this range.

Tenage and its services have improved tremendously in recent years. So tremendously that we don’t appreciate how much effort goes into delivering that stable and reliable power supply. So let’s voice out the cut down the telekom price because they are still the same never improved them. They need a lesson and let us to teach them. Let’s be a brave consumer and let’s get them down. Shall i say "Spartans are you ready?"
